*If the customer purchases with PayPal Express checkout, the shipping address linked to your PayPal account will be used. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable shipping address provided by the buyer or linked to PayPal and therefore cannot offer any exchange or return for that order. Please make sure all address information is complete and accurate. Also, we are not responsible for missing, lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. In such cases, please contact the courier to file a claim.

Delivery Time.
We provide Free Shipping and Express Shipping for your option during Checkout.
For Free Shipping, the delivery is 6~12days normally.
For Express shipping, It will take 4~6days(For Some orders we may shipped via US stock, the delivery time may be less).

How to track the order.

There are many ways we can track our order.
1.Track order via shipping confirmation Email.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email once the package has been shipped. It contains your tracking number and tracking link. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

2.Track order via My account page.
You can  sign in to your account to track the package or the order status. 
Please use the Email address or the name you placed the order as Username. Please reset the password if you forget your password. We can find the TRACK Button under ORDERS after login.please click TRACK for order tracking.

3. Contact us for help. 
If you input the wrong email address during checkout, you will not receive the order confirmation and the following order status emails. In this case please send us Email at contact page.  If you don’t know your order number. Just name the Subject “Order Tracking”. We will get back to you within 48hrs.
