We make returns and other client services as easy as possible. We understand that sometimes, clients change their minds about products that they order or simply do not need them anymore. We also know that clients are cautious about terms and conditions since they are often tricky and misleading. Please read read bellow the policy in details.

RETURN POLICY

Do not satisfy with the products you purchased? We will provide a product replacement or exchange it with similar value product to remedying your concern.If we are unable to help, we will offer a refund to the product you purchased.

How to Proceed the return?

2,Tell us your order number and email address or phone number used for your purchase And let us know why you would like a return by Submitting the contact form.
3,You will receive the email reply within 24 hrs by our support with return instructions or let you know if the return is not acceptable.

There are some Policies we need to follow for Product Return:
The items received within 7 days are return acceptable.

Measures to be taken by the customer
Pictures Or video is necessary if the item received scratched, defective or any other quality problem. Upload the pics or video at the same time when you contact with our support will shorten the proceeding time.
The return Item need to stick with our provided sticker correctly
The Item must be in good condition which is resellable and not ever used/installed
The Shipping cost for returning, international and non-continental US returns are accepted, however the shipping costs for return are not covered. Coordination of return shipping is the responsibility of the client.

The following items that cannot be returned include:
1、Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)
2、Customized Items (custom engraved, embroidered, or painted)
3、Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment, or in some cases, prior to the start of the manufacturing or painting process. In the event an item ships post cancellation, the item may be returned at no cost to the client.
4、The items received over 7 days are not acceptable for return.

How long will receive the Refund?
Once the item return to our warehouse, we will make the refund.

ABOUT DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We always try our best to satisfy our customers but Accident will happen sometimes.If it happen to the package you received have been damage, or item come in incorrect. You can contact us for exchange or ask for refund.  We will need to return the item firstly before making a refund. The bellow will be useful instruction for a product return:

Please note that The items received within 7 days are return acceptable. And the items need to be returned to our provided address within 30 days for the return.
If the items damaged by shipping company on the way shipping, Or the package received in empty box, this means the item is lost or stolen, Please create a claim with shipping company for a compensation.  Amexmart will not responsible for lossing or stolen package.

ABOUT ORDER CANCELLATIONS

For the items have stock, we usually will process the package within 12 hours. Some items are sent from our US stock. If you have received the shipping notification (The package have been sent)We can not cancell your order. As the package sent can not return to us. We can not make a payment refund in this case.

BILLING, REFUNDS & CREDITS

Payment for orders may be captured as soon as the order has been successfully placed. Refunds for returned products are issued as soon as they are received by our warehouse. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method originally used to place the order (Credit Card, PayPal, Google, eBillMe, or Check). The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus applicable shipping charges. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit.
If you made the purchaged via Paypal checkout, the money will return to your Paypal account immediately once we make a refund.
If the purchase is made by Credit card, Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
